[Grappled] is a combat condition affecting players and NPC's. When active, a combatants MOV is reduced to 1. The effected target cannot make attempts to flee. The combatant cannot use weapons greater than their own size class.

Grappling is not caused by items, as it is a special action performed by combatants.
